Returns & Exchanges

Return of products will be accepted only if they are returned in their original packaging and within 15 days of purchase. We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier shall pick it within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach back to our order processing centre.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on items valued at Rs. 500 or less.

How to return

• Please call our toll free customer care at +91 7208113074 between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mon-Sat, mail us at info@seeqactive.com and obtain a return reference no. And we shall have the parcel picked within 24-72 working hours.
• All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. Shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.
• Ensure order number is correctly written on the return label/ etc.
• Package the item in its original packaging, we request you to place the box in further protective packaging to ensure there is no damage in shipping the goods.
• If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Incase if shipment is damage or any item is missing, Akme Studioswill not be responsible for such damage. Hence, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.
• Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed Rs 100/- as a return voucher towards shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this policy.

Warranty

• Products can only be returned if they are in an unused/unwashed condition with all the tags and brand box/brand polybags, within 15 days from date of purchase
• Warranty, against manufacturing defects for the products exists for only 3 months from the date of purchase for all orders placed through our website www.seeqactive.com and our authorized retail store
• Warranty can be availed only against manufacturing defects and it cannot be claimed for defects due to mishandling of the products or normal wear and tear

Refund clause

Akme Studios return policy offers you the option to return items purchased on www.seeqactive.com within 15 days of the receipt. In case of COD returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the products into your bank account only. For same kindly share your beneficiary name, bank account no. And bank IFSC code at info@seeqactive.com

In case of prepaid refunds, the amount would be refunded in the same account through which you have made the payment.

Also, please note that the cash on delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. All returns are subject to Akme Studios discretion which shall be deemed final and binding.

Exchange:

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Shipping:

Delivery

We aim to ship the products to customers within 7-10 working days from the day of purchase. However, the duration of delivery of products will be depending on customer location. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("force majeure event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Akme Studios will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the end user arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused. Akme Studios reserves the right to make delivery of the goods in installments. If the goods are to be delivered in installments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if Akme Studios fails to deliver any one or more of the installments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the installments.

In the event you are not available to accept delivery on second attempt, Akme Studios may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost on the third attempt made. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, Akme Studios may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost. Akme Studios will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

Cash on delivery

You agree, understand and confirm that for the cash on delivery ("COD") details provided by you for availing of services on Akme Studios will be correct and accurate. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and responsible person's name, valid address and contact details to Akme Studios at the time of order. Akme Studios will not use or share this information with any third party unless authorised by you, or required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. The customer will be liable for his order as soon as the order has been dispatched out of the warehouse and any COD charges levied by Akme Studios.

Cod charges:while we will endeavour to reduce these charges in the future, we currently have to pay our shipping partners additional fees in order to process COD transactions. COD charges are Rs. 100 per order.
